Our artisan Banh Mi (Baguette) start with all time Vietnamese favorite’s Maggi sauce (based on soy), we add a little sweet mayo instead of butter (less fat then regular mayo!) to balance this out. Some pickled carrots & daikon mix are dressed on, followed by a piece of fresh cucumber. We add some aromatic cilantro/koriander to the mix to complete the vegetable & herb filling. Then comes our savory meat or vegetarian option. To finish this off we add our mixture of peanut & fried onions for a crunchy texture.
